Specific services, scope, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written service agreement executed between Waypoint Transitions and the client prior to commencement of any project.

3. Not a Law Firm or Medical Provider Waypoint Transitions is a transition management firm, not a law firm, medical provider, licensed care placement agency, or financial advisor. Nothing on this website or communicated by Waypoint Transitions constitutes legal, medical, financial, or care placement advice. Families should consult qualified licensed professionals for decisions related to estate law, healthcare, facility selection, and financial planning.

4. Third-Party Service Providers Waypoint Transitions coordinates vetted third-party service providers. While we exercise reasonable care in vetting these providers, Waypoint Transitions is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers.

5. Fees and Payment Fees for services are outlined in the written service agreement. Third-party service provider costs are separate and may be billed directly to the client by those providers. Waypoint Transitions is not responsible for third-party costs unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint Transitions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to Waypoint Transitions for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
